First Flight Society has signed a fiscal sponsorship agreement with Clay Johnson Productions, Inc. to assist in the production of a television documentary about aviation pioneer Francis Rogallo.

A fiscal sponsor submits grants for the production and allows contributions towards the production to be tax-deductible. FFS will collect and manage funds raised for the project and disburse funds to cover production costs. The documentary, Wingman, will tell Rogallo’s story through interviews with his family, friends and colleagues as well as aviation experts. It will also utilize archival film, video and photos in telling Rogallo’s story.
